Hey! I’m Charlie, a Chiropractor, runner, Pilates teacher, and mum.

By combining my chiropractic expertise with a passion for keeping active, and my own journey into motherhood, I help women throughout their pregnancy and preparing for birth.

My focus as your chiropractor is to make you feel welcome and safe whilst you learn about and reconnect with your body.

The Mummy MOT®

The Mummy MOT® is a specialist comprehensive postnatal examination for women following both vaginal and C-section deliveries.

We’ll assess how your posture, pelvic floor muscles, and stomach muscles are recovering after childbirth. We’ll provide you with gentle exercises and treatment to help with your recovery – and get you back on track with your fitness goals.

I offer a full assessment and follow-ups in the comfort of your own home within 20 miles of Shrewsbury. If you live further away, please get in touch to discuss other options.
